Is it about throwing mud aginst the wall?

The world of recruitment is an ever decreasing and expanding environment!

I have been in recruitment now for over 5 years and I've seen my fair share of sacking and hires.. Many friends of mine, have had their lives uprooted in as quick a time, as they came and the mud just keeps on coming...

The senior managers like to throw it, see if it sticks, if if it dries up and blows away... Heck, they just get some more mud out of the gutter!

Is this fair?

I don't think so...
